hi. im level 48 and there are no more quests in grand chasm or the other areas in atheneum. i need to get into the necropolis for a quest and it wont let me in. what do i do to get quest to explore the necropolis if there are no more quests .. please help thank you

Here is a link that shows the quests in Dragonspyre. Maybe this will help:
1. In the Plaza of Conquests, for the quest "Art of War", after you get the book at the end of the tower, you must go back into the tower and talk to Halina. She gives you a Letter of Recommendation that gets you moving along.
2. In the Grand Chasm, there are side quests from Zelen Battlehorn that also get you moving along.
