Why cant even a master crafter, craft a treasure card of any kind, no matter what type of spell it is: Fire, Ice, Storm, Life, Death, Myth, etc.!

Because, regardless of your crafting skills, treasure cards are exclusive to the wizard's school of focus.

My guess is that a grandmaster would fit the 'craft anything' label. I hope that we see crafting take a further step in the new world and allow us the ability to craft all spells in our school and some from other schools.

No not really because in case you haven't noticed any player can easily go and purchase a treasure card thats in a library that belongs to a different school so why do that when your a MASTER CRAFTER!

There is a difference between purchasing a treasure card and making one. Just because you can purchase it doesn't mean you can make it, regardless of your crafting rank.
