Can any1 tell me where they are??? Sapphires that is I have been all over 2 cities and have not found any I am about too hit level 20 and still no go... I would love too move on.. :-( :?

If you cannot find them in the Bazaar, look for them at the Reagent Vendors that usually stand near the Crafting Quest givers.
When you're asked to craft something, you must return that item to receive credit for the quest!

Every Crafting teacher will have a Reagent Vendor nearby, they typically sell all the gems, vials, and other items at a very low price.

every single one that are next to the crafter that gives you a novice crafter badge,an apprentice crafter badge,an initiate crafter badge etc.
