Crafting is Outrageous?

Dear residents of Wizard 101,
Crafting and finding reagents is very hard and took me 1 whole year to finish the Krok quest for crafting. I would like some help finding simple vials. The bazzar has none, neither does and of the crafting shops.

It's simple. Talk to a reagant vendor. There is always one standing next to a crafting teacher.

The reagent seller next to the quest-giver has the vials for a small amount of coins as well as other reagents. If you look in the reagent section of your 'book' you will see that reagents come from bought (reagent seller), dropped (from foes) and 'found' (hidden around the spirial).
