Why is the jump so low in the Grotto

As the title says you can barely jump in the grotto. Is this supposed to happen.

And on a side note my mount or pet should not be allowed there because they cant breathe under water.

What does it matter? Lol we don't even have things to jump over or anything.

It's actually realistic. Have you ever tried to jump underwater?
