...Hello fellow wizards. I've made this topic so we can discuss the intriguing
topic of the prophect Morganthe recites in the Solar District.

What new worlds do you think they point to?

My idea is that for "the mirror will break" it references a parallel, dark realm called Umbra, (name from various hints).

For the horn will call- maybe it points toward the landform a horn on a mountain, meaning an area in this world called the Horn of.... of The ....Horn will be calling for help.

For I strike from the shadows- a world in which she unleashes an unseen, unexpected war.

For the skies will fall-a world in the sky or part of it in the sky-will be destroyed

Again, what do you think her prophecy points towards?

I think it more points to some way for her to travel into the past and reveals the cause for the Storm Titan's betrayal of the Celestians - Morganthe caused the Sky realm of Celestia to be submerged into the ocean by the Storm Lord... it could also be a way for us to prevent Celestia from sinking.

I like the second one better, but with the Grandmother Raven about to make an appearance, I think it is announcing Wintertusk. Also there is a grand spiral in The District of the Stars that is currently unusable.

It could be that using that teleporter could send us into the First World before the Grand Schism and the worlds of the Spiral.

grizzleheim has NOTHING to do with morganthe.

Nice there are 20 more levels to 100 well the mirror will brake hmmmmm
Its referring to avalon or zafaria or going back in time because of mirror lake and the mirror dungeon in avalonand you go in a mirror back in time . The Horn is probably referring to Grizzleheim and she will summon the FROSTGIANTS for a war. Strike from the shadows hmmmmmm mabey this is her reviving malistire or even referring to the TRITONS as of celestia, celestias is in the water so would be talking about its dark water shadow .Falling from the skies hmmmm mabey it referrin to FIRE DRAGONS or a new world in space. From this I think shes going back in time to the great war DRAGONS vs FROSTGIANTS vs TRITONS and making it so they destroy the world and she makes a new world where she rules. Or she is just listing the new worlds. I feel so smart now.

The mirror will break refers to the mirror lake in zafaria and when u face morganthe there. The horn will call refers to when morganthe convinced king artorius to try on the horned crown but he transformed into a deadly dragon and when u face him in Avalon. From the shadows I strike means that morganthe is using a shadowy comet to destroy azteca and the spiral but you stop it from doing this. The skies shall fall means that the republic of empyrea is defeated by morganthe's forces and u stop her after a horrible battle.

I am Ian ice hunter (level 35 thaumaturge) and I am currently in marleybone so help me out.

I've been thinking about what someone previously said about new worlds being hinted within the prophecy. my idea

The mirror will break: Having tediously quested and finally finished Zafaria last month, the final dungeon is called Mirror Lake. I have a feeling that that line basically meant Zafaria, since mirror lake is powerful and probably a source of some magic that is needed to bring the spiral to it's knees.

The horn will call: In medieval times, people used horns to relay messages. This points to Avalon. Perhaps, correct me if i'm wrong (haven't been playing in Avalon that long), the finaly boss or the king of Avalon has a magical horn that hold immense power or something.

From the shadows I strike: Antoerh guess, posssibly hinting Azteca. From the few things i've seen in azteca, the ancient world is something most of us know hardly nothing about, like a shadowy area. Especially the dinosaurs, which is still a disputed area.

And the skies will fall: This could hint a new world in the sky. One that can bring the downfall of Wizard City by, i don't know, destroying bartleby. If Morganthe can control it, then let's just say run for your lives.

Mirror will break - Morganthe breaks the mirror in Mirror Lake to find her Deck of Shadows.

Horn will Call - Morganthe calls the Horned Huracan in Azteca to summon a teleporter to Xibalba.

From the Shadows I Strike - The next world is involved in this line. Possible Worlds: Darkmoor, Polaris, Mirage

The Skies will Fall! - Morganthe uses Xibalba to destroy Azteca.

I have read about Azteca and "the sky will fall" might be referring to the meteorite that endangers Azteca.

Here is what the prophecy means:

The mirror will break: At the end of Zafaria, the final dungeon is Mirror Lake, which Morganthe destroys.

The horn will call: Something in Avalon that has to do with a horn(Its the world after Zafaria, so it fits)

From the shadows I strike and skies will fall: At the Mirror lake dungeon, she takes the deck of shadows, which is not good. And in Azteca, she causes an apocolipse ( probably not correct spelling ) with a meteor, so the skies fall.

The horn will call is about the song of creation. Thats why she goes to azteca. THe song of creation is so old she has to raise azrecazours from the dead so they can teach her it. ONce she gets it che can change the spiral into her own view. Then we all know what happens.. CHAOS!

The mirror will break- Morganthe destroyed Mirror Lake
The horn will call-The horned crown that Morganthe gave the King of Avalon (I forgot his name sorry!) turned the king into the Pendragon
From the shadows I strike- Morganthe sorta appeared from the shadows in Celestia and ruined Celestia
And the skies will fall- Morganthe teleports to Xibalba, which is in the sky, and destroys Azteca with it (I'm not sure I'm only in the Floating Mountains)

I know the translation-It's actually all about the Azteca plot.

The Obsidian Mirror will break,
Huracan will call,
From Xibalba I strike
and Azteca's skies will fall!

Morganthe's sayings may point to azteca the newest realm because the residents here think meteors will fall from the sky and with all the other theories it seems to be true.

I think we have to pay attention to EVERYTHING we have gone through to awnser this one, has anybody seen a important mirror lying around anywhere? Maybe the mirror doesn't mean a glass mirror but something that reflects... the ocean! The ocean will break that must mean something is taking over celestia or it is the storm lord all over again and she is destroying them ( throw in your ideas)

Now i have heard of a ship horn it was usually used on ships to signal war or movements (like attack and stop and retreat). then that corresponds with the idea above. hmmmm

I will attack from the shadows... hmmm maybe that means she is acctually attacking through the shadows like she is moving through the shadows so we can't detect her and then she attacks coming from her stealth mode

The sky will fall... riddles and prophecies will always have special meanings in there words, so we must read between the lines. Maybe she's using the marleybonians airships! she will attack with the airships! that must mean a lot of airships if she said the sky was falling

thats my guess see you later
i have not seen a mirror lying around but in wintertusk in nodrilund there is a so called " horn of calling" lying on the ground so my guess is that she will call a shadow beast and bring malistaire back to life so they can rule. I cant think of anything involving the sky falling except this.

Maybe Atlas, the guy who holds up the sky in greek mythology, will join morganthes' army and stop holding the sky. That is my idea. Does anybody like it?

Obviously, " the mirror will break" refers to mirror lake in Zafaria, "the horn will call" refers to Avalon, I haven't finished this world yet so I don't know if there's something about a horn but in the mideval times, they would sound a horn to warn people that they are under attack, "I will strike from the shadows refers to something of Azteca, I really don't know yet, and "the skies will fall" refers to the world Polaris mentioned in in Zafaria and Marco Pollo's map from Pirate101 that I got in the mail from KingsIsle (They have my adress from my subscriptions.). Polaris is the North Star and if you didn't get the connection, it's in the sky, hence the sky will fall so Polaris will be abandoned or destroyed or being destroyed.

Is that why everyone is thinking Polaris is the final world? Lol I'm afraid you're very wrong that it's a sky world. Just because it's named after the North Star doesn't mean it's a sky world. It was probably named that because the North Star is north and it's very frigid up north. Here is Blind Mew's, a Pirate101 Staff member who worked on the Pirate101 story, reply from the Pirate101 Message Boards on what I asked was Polaris's overall theme:

Blind Mew:
Polaris is our Imperial France analogue, but its primary theme (as you see from Catbeard's description of the place) is that it's really cold there - it's our frozen world. Thus the Penguins and Polar Bears. It's Imperial Russia and Napoleon's Imperial France thrown in a blender - the Penguin Revolution that toppled the Walrus Tsars and propped up Napoleguin owes a lot to the French Revolution (less so that the Russian - there's no Socialism involved), and before the Penguins rose up the place was a lot like Imperial Russia. When examining our analogies, don't carry the analysis too far. We keep things fuzzy at the edges, to give us room to maneuver story wise.

Polaris is an Ice world as you can see, full of Penguins, Polar Bears, Walruses, snow, and pickled herring (Yuck!).
My theory on the final world is actually Empyrea, the true sky world. Why? Here's some dialogue from Cyrus's quests to Myth Wizards:
"...the skies of Emyprea? No, you can't go there, yet..."
As far as I'm concerned, the story to this dark tale will come to a close here. Within Empyrea, I speculate that Yago will be a region of it; just as Weirwood became a region of our beloved Avalon. Yago has Star Fields which are in the sky. Emyprea is a Sky world. I think the Seraphs, Sky Squids, and Griffins live there but this is only my picturing of it.
I'm unsure of this Umbra is a true world or where it even propped up from. Again, just because Morganthe's title is the Umbra Queen, may not actually hint a new world. The umbra is darkest point of a shadow and thus could mean Morganthe is dark and has no brilliance of Light. However, if there is to be an Umbra world again it may just be a dark region of Emyprea and the newly created Empire for the Shadow Legion. What doom awaits the Spiral there? ...
