This link gives details for finding the Lounging Lizards:

The green arrow on each map points to the location for each lizard.

And this link gives details on where to find the Zodiac Tomes (quest is Press Pass):

The Tomes are just like the history books in the previous worlds. You can usually find them with the "last" big boss in each area. But the link does give you the details for each one.
