Can't fix the genorator cause its in the way

Ok i'm in stormriven right now and i need to fix the genorator, but i can't get to it because the genorator that i'm supposed to fix is in the way. How does that make since? Someone help because i can't get any farther until i fix the genorator :(

Question? The generator is in the way of the generator? That doesn't really make any sense to me.
