I'm struggling to get the quest to get the astral trainer in order to get the galvanic field spell in Azteca. I'm a level 87 storm wizard and I have made sure I have gone back and done all the required side quests. I have nothing from Koko in Drum Jungle. I'm assuming I've made it to the "across the universe" because I can't talk to Pacal Redmask. But no matter what I do, I can't get the "Third Star on the Left" quest from Tezcat Threestar.
