Castles & Lands

Wizard Castles and Lands are now available to all players! At the basic level, all players, including Free-to-Play (FTP), may decorate dorms at the Ravenwood School of Magic with hundreds of new items from wallpaper to in-game trophies. In addition, there will be modest and luxury private housing options that gives you a place to invite friends and showcase your Wizard101 style inside and outside your own virtual space.

Upgraded housing is purchased using in-game gold. Beginning in Wizard City, a turtle character named “Buxley Turtleton” is the Castles and Lands vendor who allows you to choose a type of Wizard City-themed house. Each world in the game has a turtle character that sells the Castles and Lands which correspond to the world you are in at that time.

  Players can teleport to their own house using the "Go Home" button, or over to a friend’s house by using their Friends List. Decorations are obtained through many methods including in-game gold, PvP Arena Points, quest rewards, exploration, defeat of selected bosses, common or rare enemy drops and Crown (microtransaction) purchase.

   Now that you have your Castle, it's time to decorate!

Once you are on your Island you will see an icon that allows you to open and close the Decorating Menu. Click this button and a menu will appear at the bottom of your screen that will allow you to chose items and place them in and around your house.
