Hi, I am having the same problem goldendragon18 is and it is awful. Same as last time. Driver update then or now didn't fix anything. A few days later support got it fixed, I guess. Very hard to fight and tell friends from foes. Hard to see damages and heals and spells during battles. Only won one or two fights since update. I keep logging back in to check for improvements, but not so far. I don't think it is a widespread problem, but it sure is hard on us it affects. Hope support gets it under control soon.
I too have a problem with all of the names of players and NPCs appearing in black letters instead of the usual electric blue. I sent a ticket to KI two weeks ago about the issue and received exactly two responses: the first acknowledged my ticket, and the second said that they would address the problem as soon as possible. As of yet nothing has been done.
Has anyone else had this problem addressed and/or solved? I just renewed my subscription so I'd like to get my money's worth on the game.

Marlo36, as of yesterday, I am still having this problem. It does take them a little while to get this fixed and they will. There have been a few other problems that need to be addressed that are causing problems with game play.

Chardarkspur, when KI gets the update ready to patch in, we should all get it at the same time.
But try updating your graphics/video driver if you haven't already. I already have the latest driver for mine and have even re-installed it just to make sure.
It will take KI some time to get it fixed and yes I know it makes it extremely hard to see what is happening in the game but it is not impossible to continue playing. We just have to be patient.
According to the updates that are currently in test, this is one of the issues that should be fixed when it goes to live game.

I, like you, updated to no avail. But was heartened by your info from test realm. So I loaded it up and all is well there. Hope it transfers to the live realm. Guess the only question now would be when is the update coming to live realm? It was fun again to fight and be able to see every thing that was going on. Thanks for the heads up.
2:00 pm Thur. est, when I logged into the game I found much to my delight, all is well in the spiral. Gone are all the black letters and stats. I am happy happy wizard. A big hand to KI for the update, and taking care of this not so software savvy older player. Thanks again KI!

Thank you Chardarkspur. I have not been in the game for a few days so I am not sure how it is working on my system yet. I am an older player too, but even though I know how to update drivers, sometimes you have to deal with what you have and hope KI can come through for us.
