Someone help me with Nergal

I got the Nergal quest on my level 62 life so I tried it and I found out he cheated (Nobody told me he cheated o: )! I know what he does and all that, but could someone help me defeat him at a certain time? My wizard is Caroline Sunbright level 62 life. Thanks! :-D
