lvl 70

I have heard everyone talking abut how you get to Zafaria when you are lvl 70, but I unlocked the world at 62. Is this just a glitch for me or have I heard the wrong thing?

You can hit Zafaria in the 60's.

It's Avalon you need to be level 70 to start in.
