How to get quest to go to zafaria

I'm wizard lvl 70 and i'm questing in stormriven in celestia and i don't get quest to go to zafaria what should i do

You won't get the quest to go to Zafaria until you defeat the final boss in Celestia

Finish Celestia. You can't get to Zafaria until you do.

If you're in Stormriven, you're about halfway done with Celestia. I'd suggest skipping the side quests for now and just plow straight through the main storyline. It goes by pretty fast if you just do the main quests.
