frogle rock in the savannah a solo dungeon?

help i think that the the last boss battle in the savannah is way to hard for solo it needs to be a double or tripple people fight boss

do you know if you know if it is a solo dungeon or does both players going in have to have the quest?

The Neman rock is in all cases, like a tower. You can only have the people who enter the instance with you. Nobody can port in. Also, to enter the rock, you must have the ability to do so. I am not sure why, if it was to prevent lower levels porting in, I could understand though then why you can port into other dungeons like the Black Palcace is beyond me.
