Okay, Wysteria is a really confused world. Is it the world after Celestia? I can't go there. I know you get the quest from Merle Ambrose but when I got to him, I couldn't find the quest. My level is 55. Didn't it say on the Test realm you had to be level 25+? Cause now I can't recieve the quest.

no. it is a side world. you receive the quest from merle.
