No quest to go to Wysteria

So I recently started to play Wizard101 again this week, and I'm a level 59. I have not been able to receive a quest that allows me to go to Wysteria. What could be wrong, and how can it be solved?

Have you spoken to Merle Ambrose in his tower? He will offer you the quest "To the Registrar".

Yes I have talked to him. There is no quest at all. I have tried everything, but it is not working.

You may already have beaten Wysteria. You get the quest from Ambrose at level 25, which you said you just got back into Wizard101 so you may have forgotten you already did it.

To check, go to the spiral door and see if "Wysteria" is a world you can travel to. If not, this is simply a bug/glitch.

You should gotten the quest at level 20/25 ish....
