Hi. I have this quest called the "pigswick papers". One of the goals that i need help with is finding the "pigswick papers" at lord bramble's tower. I have no other quests in wysteria that needs me to go there. I've finished all the wsteria quests(i think) except this one and i still have not unlocked it. Plz help. Thx.

Defeating Lord Bramble is a main quest requirement in Wysteria. You might want to check all the NPCs for a mark above their heads. This is probably a reason you cannot access Helephant Tower either, since you have not completed all the main quests in Wysteria.
Have you defeated all the opponents in the Spiral Cup tournament?
