how can i get tower of the helaphant quest?

I'm a level 36 ice wizard and i got the spiral cup but i really want the tower of the helaphant quest

Good luck to you when you get it, you may need it. That place is very tricky and I now see why so many people turned me down for help

To enter the Tower of the Helephant (TotH) you need to be level 60, and have finished Wysteria.
