Helephant tower

I heard this question many times. How do you get to the Helephant tower in Wysteria? I've completed all of the quests in Wysteria and I'm still not there. I would like an answer for the other users that have asked and never gotten answers. Lydia, wake up!

Your highest level character, young Wizard is 29. You have a long way to go before you are strong enough for the Helephant Tower, which requires level 60 to enter.

Sounds to me Professor, that someone did not do their research either before they came to class.

Level 60 for the Tower of the Helephant is pretty common knowledge.
