Glitch. cant go to wysteria!!!!!!!!!!

I am a level 29 and i heard you need to be 25. so i talk to the headmaster and he tells me i need to figure out malistares plans. and i want to go to wysteria please HELP ME!

If the world-gate button isn't available to you yet, it's possible you missed a quest somewhere along the way. Until you figure out which one it is and complete it, you won't be able to go there.

Maybe you did talk to Merle Ambrose already, and he might have given you the quest to get you started. Check your Quest Log File.

According to the post from Professor Greyrose, the headmaster will give you the quest "To The Registrar".
