Im level 29 and has low health..
Any tips on how to defeat bosses in this world?
Its still pretty new to me..

try going to the bazaar maybe? You can also farm winterbane for gear.

Train up to feint. Worth the training points and if you don't have a lot of friends, this spell is pretty much the only chance you have of beating the game.
