wizard city not complete

i got the spiral key but i dident complete wizard citys quests.why? :(i dont deserve it

Colossus Boulevard is an optional area, you are not required to complete your tasks there before you are invited to Krokotopia, but it is good experience for learning how to duel two creatures at once.
