Who Drops The Black Wing Mount?

Can anyone tell me who drops the wing mount that is black? I heard that one of the people who drop it is Lord Nightshade. Can anyone tell me if this is true?

Not sure who drops but they are only 1 day mounts, jut to let ya know.

Lady Blackhope in Unicorn Way drops the mount for it but it is really hard to get. (Because you have to keep battling her and maybe you might walk out with not just a mount but a pet )

Yes you get it from lady blackhope but it is only a very short mount. My son got it last night and it expired in an hour. should be a 24 hour mount since you have to fight her numerous times to get it.
