I need to know when and where I fight malistare
and what quest unlocks him to fight me

please help me

At level 16 I wouldn't worry about this at all. You have about 30 levels and a bunch of worlds to go through.

The Dragonspyre quest tree is here...back track from that for the other worlds.

You'd be around level 50 before you fight him. And it's called The Final Countdown. He's in Dragonsypre, I forgot the exact location name, but in Dragonspyre academy. Don't worry. You have a way to go.

There is no level for this.
Most wizards are around level 50, but really, it can range anywhere from level 45-60. It really just depends on how many side-quests you do.
The quest is called "Final Countdown."
It's going to take you a while to get there, Rogan.
Look forward to other things, like fighting Krokopatra!

probably level 50 - 60 because you go to dragonsprye and you have to defeat him.Don't worry Silva (Malistare's wife) will help she even heals you.

Moreover, it depends on if you decide to participate in side quests as well as storyline quests, and if you do side worlds as well.

However, accurately, you would be around level 30-40 and even 50.

Though, judging by your level, I would not worry about Malistaire until later. Good luck with your adventures in the Spiral, mister Firestrider!
