I would like to know how to get the three street champion badge. One of the other family characters have it and I would like to help my son get it for his character.

Finish all of the quests for the 3 streets in old town (triton, fire cat ally, and collosus blvd? sorry i forget the last street), and you should have it.

You have to beat all of the three streets quests.

The three streets:

Firecat Alley

Cyclops Lane

Triton Avenue
