while yesterday i went onto Waterworks because i just became legendary then when we finished everything in waterworks besides Sylster so we did what we needed to do to get sylster then he didn't appear i have no idea what happen

The only time i've had that happen was if i lost connection or died and re-entered on a different realm than i originally went in on. I don't know if it helps any, but there's a cartoon drawing of him on the map of the Crustacean Empire in celestia... -eli and crew

thats not sylster, its another guy. there are about 2 other angler fish bosses in CE as far as i know
