He is the first "boss". Sort of like a beginner boss. He is a semi-boss because he has more life than the skeletal pirates, but all-in-all, he pretty much isnt a boss. Well, lets just say he is half-boss.

Your right. Rattlebones should be a boss.I know he is pretty weak but he sort of deserves it.
Well yes rattle bones is really not a boss because he is so weak but hi is weak because how would you like your first boss to have 10,000 health? but yet he is a boss so that new wizards have no problem with there first boss.
