Missing smith at Triton Ave

The smith is missing from the location he suppose to be at. I went over the water fall bridge at the transporter under the 4 falls mill and went straight to his location, but he's gone. Help.

There are two levels past the teleporter, both of which cross the rivers by the waterfalls. Did you check both the upper and lower levels?

Go down the bottom one and look to you left at the end

On Triton Avenue, after you walk past Duncan Grimwater and cross the bridge, turn left. Go to the end of that walkway, and the Smith is right there.
