Master lvl 42spell

I got my Master lvl 42 fire wizard and secondary storm lvl 42.Where do I go to get llvl 50 fire spells? And buy storm spells with training points?I heard Celestia and Dragon spire sells spells.

Spells are not for sale, they are earned by acquiring levels and/or training points. There are spells available in Celestia, yes. Not in Dragonspyre.
