The only way an account can get hacked is if you share your account information with someone. This is a violation of the Terms of Use, however, if you provide us with your username, the email address associated with the account, and (if possible) the last 4 digits of the credit card and the billing name on the account, we will investigate this for you. Until our investigations are complete, the account will be suspended to prevent any further damage that may be done.
