How do you level up fast

Hi I am a level 13 wizard and I have done firecat alley cyclops unicorn and all them and now I can't find a place to level Up , the only place that I level up is winter bane or pagoda , but I have trouble accessing them so please help

You're almost ready to go to Krokotopia, young Wizard, there's just a few more quests in Wizard City that you must complete first.

You need to speak to Merle Ambrose to obtain the quest "A Look of Horror" to progress in the game.
