how do i get water works

hi, i'm a lvl 60 life wizard who has no clue on how to get waterworks. do i do a quest? or just enter it with no quest? anyways, if it has something to do with a quest then who gives the quest?

You need the quest "You Go First" that is mentioned on this link. You can click on the quest name for more details too.

It is a quest, as every other battle is, and is a dungeon. You don't gain access to a dungeon without the quest.

Go to Triton Avenue, go to crab alley, and right when you enter it, you see a crab guy that will have the quest to waterworks for you. It is a super fun dungeon!

the one guy at the storm mill, I cant remember his name, but he gives you the quest to get in to crab alley.
