lol dont know at all but maybe for the gobblers to watch the view? but for the frost giant quest you have to go there and summon a frost giant thats all i know about that place

You go there on several Ice quests. I think that's all it's for...

that's exactly what it's for =3 i'm a level 29 ice wizard and my first quest was to summon an ice giant from the perch itself. it's rather epic if you ask me

I dont know much about it but ice people come from there where the fost giant is some how people found out how to get behide the bar! Weird but it is a better veiw thats all i know o and the frost giant is in the shopping district

Level 28-summon ice snake-learn absorb shield
Level 38-summon collosus-forgot
Level 48-summon frost giant-frost giant

I am wondering why Elilk's egde and hidldreth's perch are so...........inportent. To the people that aren't ice, what do we do with them?
