door near stormdrain tower in wizard city

Can someone please tell me how to get into that door near stormdrain tower with the death symbol on it?

You can't get in the death door by Stormdrain Tower in Wizard City, but you do have quests to go near there! (Aka level 48 Death spell quest and Lord Nightshade quest,Triton Avenue Blad Raveneye Branches quest. LOL. Sorry, thats all i know of.)

Alura Mythshade level 50 Necromancer

Cheryl Trollcaster level 41 Pyromancer

A seer lives in the cave, and like most seers, he values his privacy. Wizards can't open the door.

The only quest that I know of that uses this area is the Death level 38 (Empower) quest. The seer materializes in front of the door.
