Cyclops Lane

I can't enter Cyclops lane. I did upgrade my membership and I bought 2500 crowns. I am level 2. Do I need to be a higher level or what am I doing wrong?

You must complete Unicorn Way and defeat Lady Blackhope before moving on to any other street. Go back to Unicorn Way and complete your quests.
