I am level 75 and didnt know about waterworks until someone told me. well I can't get that quest or the return to crab alley quest. I s this a glitch?
You first get this quest from Professor Balestorm in the Storm School. He'll then request you to go to Trition Alley where you'll further progress the quest. I believe you'll be speaking to Vlad. Once that is done, he in turn will send you to venture down to Crab Alley.
