Can't complete "Library Dues" quest, locked out of Stormdrain Tower
Hello, I've already defeated Lord Nightshade inside of Stormdrain Tower (back of Haunted Cave). Now I can't get back inside which is preventing me from completing the "Library Dues" quest as I need to pick up the "The History of Death Magic" book inside. Also I want to get the dorm item that's inside.
I don't think this is a glitch because I asked around and some other people can't get back inside either, although I do see people entering the tower.
Any insight would be helpful and appreciated, Thanks.
