I have got to krok and i'm lvl 10 but boris tallstaff still has no quests for me, only did main quests. Everyone i know said you only got to be lvl 10 to get his quests, yet I haven't gotten them, and truly don't want to do all the other quests hopeing to unlock it.
Just wanted to check and see if anyone knew why, how or what i need to do?
Update: Must be lvl10 and done quest for Olivia Dawnwillow in UW
