I think that it would be cool for wizards to have new ways to see equipment on players. Like rings and athames are visible when on or off mounts. Or maybe even spears, swords of staffs that are used as wands, when on a mount, would drape over a players back. A wand or even a different athame could be shown on a players belt. Just a different way of looking at things and a cool new visual feature to this game.
