There should be a way to make PvP truly random for people who either are non member or simply wish to practice. Even if you hit quick join people can view their team mates and I feel it creates a bias (for example, most people always try to switch teams when there are higher levels on the other team, even if it's just by 2 or 3) and this causes pretty much everyone to quit on the match eventually. Some people also don't like certain schools on their team because they're considered "useless" or they're not as powerful. (this seemed to happen to my death wizard most frequently)
I am not too concerned with winning or losing when I practice I just look to have a good time, regardless if my enemies are way above me or if they are far below my level. Maybe make a way that you can choose 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, or 4v4 random practice PvP? Then when you are placed on a team, do not show your team mates schools or levels until you are already in battle. If possible maybe even make it so you can only be placed into battle with fellow wizards near your level so that it's more fair. But either way I think many people would enjoy this simply because it removes the prejudices that may occur to certain schools or wizards of a certain level when joining a PvP. (why make a level 80+ game and then move teams when a level 88 joins your team???)
