Time element

I have an idea for an element called time.
It would be the the opposite of shadow magic.
Time magic would slow down time meaning skippig your enemies turns
and speeding up time would give you powerpips every turn for a certain
amount of time. They would cost training points and cant be a primary school.
What do you think

This is just bad...
1. How exactly does one make an opposite to Shadow? It's not needed as there are no shadow enemies nor any shadow damage spells.
2. I'd like to see your thought process as to how time is the opposite of shadow.
3. Skipping turns? So basically it's an OP stun that won't leave a shield. Do you have any idea how unbalanced that is?
4. Does speeeing up time give you more pips, which would be completely OP, or just a 100% power pip chance, which would be useless. I'm level 53 and I have an 80+ percent pip chance.
