Is it possible to some how get this quest prior to level 10 and before you fight Lady Black Hope, I have tried but never seem to be this level to recieve that quest - I mostly pass on it because I have to accidentally be in the library when it is made available to me or I have already done three of the boss fights it is in.
I like to do all the quests in Wizard City prior to my journey to the rest of the Spiral. A few times I have doubled back for it but would much rather prefer to do it as I go.
