Level 1
Runner
30-100 Speed Damage +10% chance you go first the next 3 rds
1 Pip
Animation: A track appears. A runner runs down it and runs into the target.

Level 2
Quicken
+20% Speed Damage, +15% chance of going first the next 2 rds
0 Pips
Animation: A positive charm appears on target, it looks like a blade with running feet on it.

Level 5
Wind Rush
155-215 Speed Damage and +10% chance you will go first the next 2 rds
2 Pips
Animation: Wind hits the target.

Level 8
Slow
-80% Speed Damage
0 Pips
Animation: A shield with running feet is put on target.

Level 10
Whirlwynd
250 Speed Damage to all enemies
3 Pips
Animation: A tornado forms. It hits all enemies.

Level 16
Bullet
450 Speed Damage
4 Pips
Animation: You go in the center. You get a gun and fire at the target.

Level 18
Dash
300 Speed Damage +20% chance of going first the next 4 rds
4 Pips
Animation: You go into center and run to the enemy.

Level 22
Speed Up
+35% Speed Damage

Animation: A charm like Quicken appears on target.

Level 26 DOME
Running shoes
+30% Speed damage and +20% Chance of going first to your team

Animation: A clear dome goes around the duel

Level 28
Sonic
95 Speed Damage per pip, and +5% chance of going first per pip
X Pips
Animation: A block tands in the center. It teleports through the enemy to behind it.

Level 33
Jet
465 Speed Damage
5 Pips
Animation: A plane lands on the enemy

Level 38
Sonic Black Hole
Dispell the next Speed spell raank 7 and under
2 Pips
Animation: A negative charm goes on the enemy. It looks like a negitive Quicken.

Level 42
Speeding Bullet
505 Speed Damage +25% chance of going first the next 3 rds
6 Pips
Animation: Same as Bullet but quicker.

Level 48
Dodge Attack
When the next attack on you happens, it has no affect and then you do 485 Speed Damage on the attacker.
7 Pips
Animation: After attack, you go in the center and run into the enemy.

Level 58
Supersonic
550-600 Speed Damage
8 Pips
Animation: Same as Sonic but quicker.
