Basically, this will be a place where you can send an unwanted pet so it can be bought from you by other players. Many pets will no longer go to waste, but instead can be bought by new owners that would take care of them. The player who sells their pet gets the gold their pet sells for, and they would be sold in an auction~type thingy. I think this will be useful for Wizard101 players because in the Hatching feature, you don't always get the pet you want. So, instead of having twelve duplicates of the same pet, why don't you sell it to an owner that will take care of it! The shop would be located in various locations throughout the Spiral.
Such as:
Wizard City- Location: Pet Pavillion, empty space by the falling food game and Hatchery
MooShu- Location: A small stand near the mana center
Krokotopia- Location: Krokosphinx (near Balance Tree) and beside the Farley there in a small stand
Marleybone- Location: Stand next to balloon station, next to fountain
