Would be NICE if one could check the other People before the timer runs out by right clicking on their Name in the box ? That way People would not get Ditched in Dungeon as much as they do now .

No, but they may get ditched before the dungeon somewhat more often, some people are just really picky about their team and how it has to be perfect to enter, I guess.
