Storm recharge

A friend said the other day "storm doesn't have any healing spells."

That got me to thinking. Rather than giving Storm a healing move of any kind, how about making it so that when a storm mage is hit by a storm attack, it recharges their mana somewhat, the harder the attack, the greater the mana recharge?

Why Storm? But seriously, it's just plain useless.

because storm doesn't have storm spells but it being a star spell would probably be a better idea...
