Balance.

A dolphin swims around in circles and encases the enemy in water for a few moments. It flicks its tail and that causes the damage.

85% chance.

4 pips.

Around 400 damage.

That really does not fit the balance theme, if anything we need more Death, Myth and Life attacks, something to keep "balance" balanced. Unified with all other classes. The dolphin seems like it would be for Thaumaturge's if anything.

Your idea could fit another class, but it really doesn't sync with the Egyptian, sandy style its used to.

I agree also. It is a great spell but it could fit another school like the Ice school. My idea for a balance spell would be Alhazared. He'd appear out of the sand then gets his staff then attacks the enemy. It'd be 85% pip chance and 780 damage.

Water spells are Storm or Ice. KI most likely will not be adding more low level spells. Add more damage and a level in keeping with the next world release, and this could work...for Storm or Ice.
