Hi, I came to the Message Boards with the intention of suggesting implementing a feature that would allow to Rename a Spell Deck so that it is much less confusing when changing them for different situations; however, I noticed that there have been requests for such a feature dating back to 2009. It is now 2012 and I haven't seen any way to do this. This leads me to believe that there may be potential the game creating issues that make this unfeasable, or not easily implemented.
So, perhaps there is another method to Identifying ones various Spell Decks that would be implementing-friendly.
If renaming a Spell Deck causes issues, then possibly Spell Sets can be added to Slots (4 or 5 numbered or named slots) that are associated with Spell Decks. This will allow for multiple Spell Sets to be quickly accessed without the confusion of decks with the same name.
I strongly believe that the implementation of a Spell Set/Deck Identifier will be a significant and positive change to the game as different battle/group situation/scenarios require different spell sets. This is will most usefuly for PvPers, Soloers, and Teamworkers alike.
I hope that this is something that the Wizard101 board will seriously consider. A Wizard cannot be a Master Wizard without a Master SpellBook.
I trust there are many other Wizard101'ers that feel the same as I do about this potentially game changing feature.
This is a good idea that could be useful in the game without causing much trouble. And you used proper persuasive techniques instead of just saying "we need to be able to lable our decks"
Absolutely. Each of my wizards run with a minimum of 3 decks, some of them many more. Even a simple marker you tag a deck with on the equip screen would help.
I only had to read the first paragraph, and I know what you are talking about, and I agree 100%!
I have 4 decks; 1 for rushing random mobs on the streets 1 for bosses 1 for pvp 1 for custom To find the one I want, I have to click, and click, and click, ITS ENDLESS.
Please at least let us add a little (What you want here, less than 10 characters) thing next to it! It would help INTENSELY!
