1.) We have a farm house available to give a boost for gardening, so why not offer an animal menagerie that would give a boost for pet training? It could be a crowns/gold purchasable house specifically tailored for the avid pet collector. There could be school specific stands that could be purchased or crafted for displaying pets (I personally HATE having a slew of pets running amuck). Each stand could be color coordinated for the pet's school type and possibly have a small school emblem. The menagerie could also have training areas similar to the pet pavilion, but would give a slight increase to pet leveling. Also, throw in some type of mini game that would allow a player to refill their pet training/gardening points. I mean, after all, we can refill our potions in the same manner, so why not our pet/gardening points also?
2.) Mount display stands or maybe even cages? Same pet peeve about mounts running amuck. It would look very tidy to have the mounts be displayed on a stand or in an ornate cage. :)
3.) Houses tradable. I understand that there has been mention of concern that players would put nontradable items into a house and trade the house to another wizard (on the same account of course). Perhaps this could be solved by making only EMPTY houses tradable. I for one would love to be able to delete certain wizards on my account, but cannot do so without losing a house that I paid $39.00 in real money for. If we buy it, we should have the right to bank it and share it with another wizard on the same account.
4.) I realize that KI is in the business to make money; however, the majority of the game is based on crowns purchases. I would be more than willing to pay a higher monthly membership in order to purchase most of the items (pets, mounts, etc.) with in-game gold. Perhaps make the gold purchases a member perk and if the player cancelled the subscription, then the special items would be unusable until membership is restored. Money could still be made by offering crowns only offers such as the special potions and elixers, card packs, mega snack packs, etc. Sometimes it just feels like you should have more perks by being a paying member.
5.) Since we spend real money to purchase crowns items, perhaps the crowns items could be sold back for crowns at percentage of the crowns cost? I have a plethera of high level crowns gear that I have no need for, but hate to feed to a pet or sell for a very, very small amount of gold. Again I realize that KI needs to generate revenue to stay afloat; however, players should be able to recoup some crowns from items no longer needed or wanted.
Anyone else think these suggestions warrant consideration by KI?

3. KI has already said no, many times. However, I do agree that if I pay cash for something, aka crowns, it should be able to be shared. Period. All gear, pets, permanent mounts, etc are sharable, but not houses. Frustrating.
4. I would not pay a higher rate, but do agree that more items needs to be available for both crowns and gold or just gold.
5. This has already been addressed and nixed as well. sorry
